Use:

Theoretical paint consumption (dry film 30μm) :

14-16 square meters/liter/single pass (the actual coating area is different due to the roughness and drying degree of the substrate surface, construction method and dilution ratio, coating rate is also different).

Construction technology:

● New wall: batch putty twice (grinding, cleaning)→ anti-alkali primer once (grinding, cleaning)→ top paint twice;

● Old wall: mildew removal, grinding, cleaning → alkali resistance primer once (grinding, cleaning)→ top paint twice.

Construction instructions:

● The new wall should be dry, the moisture content is less than 6%, the PH value is less than 10, the use of the company's anti-alkali primer (can be diluted with the right amount of water mixing) for appropriate bottom coating treatment. Then use the top paint (add an appropriate amount of water to dilute and mix well) to brush twice, and the interval of recoating shall not be less than 2 hours. Do not operate when the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ° C or the relative humidity is greater than 85%.

● During the construction of the old wall, it is necessary to ensure that the wall and putty have higher strength (not loose), otherwise it is easy to cause depowder, cracking, peeling, poor leveling, poor water resistance and other defects.

Drying time (25℃) :

Surface dry 30 minutes, hard dry 120 minutes

Repaint:

At least 2 hours interval, humid weather or temperature is too low, should be appropriate to extend the time.

Cleaning:

Please clean all appliances with clean water in time after stopping and finishing painting.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, strictly prevent freezing (no less than 0℃), the remaining paint should be sealed and stored in time.
