Uses:

It is suitable for the coating of masonry, concrete, cement pressure board, gypsum board and other surfaces.

Theoretical paint consumption (based on 30μm dry film):

12-14 square meters/liter/single time (the actual coating area varies according to the roughness and dryness of the substrate surface, construction method and dilution ratio).

Construction process:

●New wall: two times of putty (sanding and cleaning) → one time of anti-alkali primer (sanding and cleaning) → two times of top coat:

●Old wall: remove mildew, sanding, cleaning → anti alkali primer once (sanding, cleaning) → top coat two times.

Construction instructions:

After the new wall is dry, the moisture content should be less than 6% and the PH value less than 1. Use our anti-alkali primer (add appropriate amount of water to dilute and stir) for proper primer treatment. Then use top coat (add appropriate amount of water to dilute and stir) to paint two times, and the interval of recoating should not be less than 2 hours. It is not suitable for construction when the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃ or the relative humidity is more than 85%.

When working on old walls, ensure that the wall surface and putty have high strength (not loose), otherwise it is easy to cause defects such as dehiscence, cracking, peeling, poor leveling and poor water resistance.

Drying time (at 25°C):

30 minutes for surface drying, 120 minutes for hard drying

Re-coating:

At least 2 hours interval, wet weather or temperature is too low, should be extended appropriately.

Cleaning:

After stopping in the middle of painting and after finishing painting, please clean all utensils with water in time.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, prevent from freezing (not less than 0℃), the remaining paint should be sealed and stored in time.

●To ensure the ideal painting effect, please effectively separate, cover and shield the area between wood and wall, to better maintain the cleanliness of the construction site and avoid confusing construction operations, please follow the construction sequence of wood paint first and then latex paint after drying.
